Anil Joseph Thomas Couto is the Archbishop of Delhi and a prominent leader in the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India. He is widely respected for his commitment to interfaith harmony and his advocacy for the marginalised and minority rights in the national capital. Previously the Bishop of Jalandhar, he now oversees the pastoral and social missions of the Archdiocese of Delhi.

Archbishop Anil Joseph Thomas Couto (born 22 September 1954) is an Indian Catholic prelate and the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Delhi. He was ordained a priest on 8 February 1981 and later appointed as the Auxiliary Bishop of Delhi in 2001. He served as the Bishop of Jalandhar from 2007 before being appointed Archbishop of Delhi on 2 December 2012. He is known for his leadership in the Church and his active involvement in ecumenism and interfaith dialogue.
