Sub: Resignation of Most Rev. Addagatla Innayya Chinna as Bishop of Srikakulam.                             

Your Eminence, Your Beatitude, Your Excellency, Your Grace, Your Lordship,

In the light of the Communication received from the Apostolic Nunciature, I wish to inform you that His Holiness, Pope Francis has accepted the resignation of His Lordship Rt. Rev. Addagatla Innayya Chinna as Bishop of Srikakulam.

The announcement took place in Rome on Wednesday, 12^th December, 2018, at noon, corresponding to 4:30 p.m. Indian time.

We thank Bishop Addagathla Innayya Chinna for his dedicated services to the Church in Srikakulam and the Church in India, and we entrust him to the intercession of Our Lady, Queen of Apostles.
